Peacefully at Regency Manor in Port Hope on Sunday February 10th, 2019, Cynthia Fraser-Palmer(nee Drackley) at 90 years of age. Beloved wife of the late Alistair Fraser-Palmer. Mother of Iona Barton (Robert). Sister of Thomas Drackley. Cremation with spring interment at Cobourg Union Cemetery. Those wishing may make a memorial donation to a charity of choice.
