1941-2019
STOCKS, Carol Lynn (nee Booty) – In her 78th year, after a brave
battle with cancer, Lynn Stocks passed away early Saturday February
23, 2019 at Innisfree House hospice in Kitchener. Lynn was born in
Galt and spent most of her life in Cambridge. She loved her family
and had some great friendships made through the years in the community
as well as while working as a Sales Manager for Avon Canada and as a
Resort Manager for Driftwood Cove Marine Resort in Port Severn, ON.
Predeceased by parents Eugene & Marion Casselman, by her beloved
husband Gerry Stocks and by her brother Douglas Booty. Loving mother
of Bradley Stocks (predeceased) and Michael Stocks (Rachel). A proud
Grandma to Olivia Stocks, Chloe Stocks and Geri Hart. She will also
be greatly missed by sister-in-law Geraldine, relatives and her
friends who affectionately called her “Booter”. A special
thank you to the amazing staff at Innisfree House hospice who filled
her final days with kindness, care and compassion. A Memorial Service
will be held on Thursday February 28th at Hespeler Baptist Church
(Cambridge) at 1:00 p.m. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be
