Beverly May Durieux, (nee Bennett) born Dec 31 1940 in Consort AB, passed away on Feb 3, 2019 in Calgary AB after her battle with dementia. Bev will be lovingly remembered and missed by her husband Norman , children Rhonda (Scott), Martina (Rob), Sue (Jeff), Wendy (Brian) and Darlene (John), 14 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren. She is also survived by siblings Barry (Lat), Ken (Rosemary), Boyd (Margaret), Wendy (Joe). Beverly was predeceased… Read More » by her mother Edna May Weber and stepfather Harry Weber, father Forrest Bennett, and brother Donald Bennett. Bev will be remembered for her love of being around family, her gentle soul, and the care that she shared with everyone. She laughed, loved and cried with everyone she knew.
Bev loved cooking, especially Christmas dinners, gardening (rose bushes) and cross stitching many gorgeous pictures and Christmas stockings for all her children and grandchildren. A special thanks to the staff at Chinook LTC in Calgary for the care, support and compassion they had for Beverly and her family.
A service of celebration of Beverly’s life will be held at Snodgrass Funeral Home in High River on February 15th, 2019 at 2:00PM
