Obituary of Bernice Parro
PARRO, Bernice – suddenly passed away after a short fight with acute leukemia at the Pembroke Regional Hospital on Sunday, February 17, 2019 in her 68th year.
Bernice Parro (nee Bush) of Pembroke, loved wife of Victor Parro. Caring and dearly loved mother of Lynn Thomas (Gregg), Pembroke; Roberta Parro (Rachel), Petawawa; Jesse Parro (Jacquie), Petawawa; Tish Parro (Wayne), Pembroke; and Katie Parro (Liette), Pembroke. Grandmother of Conrad, Dwight, Derrick, Liam, Braydan, Kayleigh and Dustin. Great-grandmother of Lindsay. Daughter of the late William and Winnifred Bush (nee Standen). Sister of Herb Bush (Kathy), Victoria BC. Predeceased by sister Ann Halliday (Tom) and brothers Michael Bush (Sheila) and John Bush (Dale). Survived by many nieces and nephews.
A special thank you to Dr. Primeau and the Pembroke Regional Hospital Emergency Department, Bayshore Home Health, Dr. Moeck, Lifelabs and the blood clinic for all your care these last few months.
Visitation will be held at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke on Wednesday, February 20, 2019 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Thursday at 10:30 a.m. Spring Interment in St. Alphonsus Cemetery, Quebec.
