Anthony Casimer Dyczkowski 1922 2019

Obituary of Anthony Dyczkowski
Anthony passed away on Friday, February 22, 2019 at the age of 96 years. He was predeceased by his first wife, Theresa (Fahlman), in 1971; second wife, Łucja (Żłobinska), in 2017; parents, Marcin and Aniela; and siblings, Frank, Stella, Joanna (Sr. Angele) and Mary. Anthony is survived by his daughter Theresa (Randy); brother-in-law, Tony; sister-in-law, Eileen; along with many nieces and nephews and their families.
Anthony was a gentle and kind man. He loved being outdoors – farming and gardening, or just enjoying a sunny day, listening to the birds sing. He challenged himself with various carpentry projects, and it seemed like there was nothing he couldn’t fix. He was a care-giver to many people throughout his life, with a patience that is hard to rival, yet also a dash of mischief to keep things interesting. The most important things to him were his family and his faith. He will be missed by many, and remain in our hearts.
Prayers will be held at St. Anthony’s Polish R.C. Church, 2275 Atkinson Street, Regina, SK, on Thursday, February 28, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Mass at St. Anthony’s on Friday, March 1, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. Interment in Riverside Memorial Park. Special thanks to the staff at Parkside Extendicare, Dr. Bhanu Prasad and Fr. Karol Twarowski for their care and kindnesses, and to family and friends for their continued support.
