Passed unexpectedly in British Columbia on February 22, 2019 at the age of 50. Loving husband of Debbie Leahy. Proud father of Chris (Chantal Latreille) and Brett. Cherished grandfather of Samuel-Dean. Andy will be fondly remembered by his brother Gerry and sister Annette (Michel Kearney). He is predeceased by his parents Harold and Jeannine and sister Francine. A visitation will be held at the Westboro Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 403 Richmond Rd, Ottawa (at Roosevelt) on Wednesday, March 6th at 6:30 p.m. until time of service in the chapel at 7:30 p.m. Reception to follow. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Royal Ottawa Hospital Foundation.
