Anne L. Kilfoil
1937-2019
The death of Anne Lucille Kilfoil formerly of Johnville occurred on
Sunday, February 24, 2019 at River View Manor, Bath. Born September
18, 1937 at Moose Mountain, she was the daughter of the late William
and Annie (Higgins) McSheffery. She was also predeceased by her
husband, Harold; 2 sons, Martin and Eric; 4 siblings, Joseph, Raymond,
John and Margaret.
Anne is survived by her 5 children, Elizabeth Harvey (Ron), Colette
Armour, Stephen Kilfoil (Denise), Karen McHatten (Wally) and Matthew
Kilfoil (Tina); 14 grandchildren, Melinda Foster (Matt), Jarad Harvey,
Brynn Gardiner (Tyrone), Jode Harvey, Travis Armour (Heather), Jacob
Armour (Anita), Michelle Armour, Nathan Kilfoil (Allix), Jeremy
Kilfoil (Destiny), Zachary McHatten, Marley McHatten, Zack Foster,
Grace Kilfoil and Ethan Kilfoil; 2 great grand daughters, Kaylee
Armour and Quinn Kilfoil; 2 brothers, Gerald McSheffery (Velda) and
Eugene McSheffery; 7 sisters in law, Patricia McSheffery, Jean
McSheffery, Marie McSheffery, Margaret McHarg, Frances Johnston, Peggy
Kilfoil and Anna Kilfoil as well as many nieces, nephews and extended
family.
Visitation will be held from L.R. Giberson Funeral Directors, 207
Burnham Rd. Florenceville-Bristol on Thursday, February 28, 2019 from
4-8 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, March
1, 2019 from St. John the Evangelist Church, Johnville. Fr. Anthony
Ekpe as celebrant. The interment will be in the Johnville Cemetery at
a later date. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be
made to the Martin Kilfoil Memorial Fund, a fund that was a
“heartfelt passion” of Anne’s.
