Obituary for Yvonne Sheila Baumber
With her family by her side, Yvonne Sheila Baumber (Steinhagen) in her 75th year.
“Though she be but little, she is fierce.” Describes Yvonne Baumber and the strength and determination with which she lived her life. Her greatest passion was her family, her faithful companion was her dog, Dudley, and her favourite hobby was playing in her garden. She was quick to share her beautiful smile, had a wonderful sense of humour, and sometimes used colourful language. Along with her husband, Jack, she was actively involved in Legion activities. She worked at the Wellington Terrace for 27 years and was able to retire at age 55. Loving wife of Jack for 57 years. Loving mother of Bonnie Shutt (Tom), Ben (Kelli), Carol (Chris). Loving sister in law of Kevin (Mary-Ann).
