OBITUARY
Tom Albright
April 2, 1958 – January 23, 2019
It is with great sadness that we the family, announce the passing of Elmer Thomas Lee “Tom” Albright of Westport at age 60.
Tom passed comfortably at Yarmouth Regional Hospital with loved ones at his bedside just before noon on January 23, 2019.
Born in Digby on April 2, 1958, he was the second youngest child of the late Edward and Ruth (Bannister) Albright. Tom loved hunting and fishing. He was one heck of a dart player and enjoyed washers and planning annual tournaments. Over the years he worked at fish plants and as a lobster fisherman. He was a jack of all trades and was always tinkering with something. He was a member of Royal Canadian Legion Branch #92.
Tom is survived by his beautiful family: his wife, Kelly; daughter, Tamara (Jessie), son, TJ (Jasmine); grandsons, Tegan, Ace, Sailor, Finnley; brothers, Donnie, Cam (Janis); sisters, Marilyn (Richard), Carol; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and many friends. Besides his parents he was predeceased by brothers, Bill, Eric, Terry and granddaughter, Lily.
A service celebrating Tom’s life will be 1pm on Saturday February 2, 2019 at Westport Baptist Church with reception to follow at Westport Firehall. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Westport Baptist Church. Leave condolences at www.jaynesfuneralhome.com
