Predeceased by his beloved wife Alice (1975) and his faithful companion Joyce Miles (2003). Cherished father of Theresa Sadowski (Diego) and her late husband Walter (2004), George (Anna), Jim (Catherine), Patrick (Simona), and Maureen Shepley (Darcy). Adored “Grandpa” of Amanda and Greg; Allison, Stacey, Stephanie, Mark and Kaitlyn; and Ryan, Andrea and Melissa. Loving great-grandfather of 9. Survived by his sisters: Doris, Margaret, Roseanne, and Shirley. Predeceased by his siblings: Mildred, Mae, Ivy, Bernard, Melvin, Leonard, Stephen, Hiram and Richard.
Patty was an employee of Bendix for over 35 years and then began his employment at Hotel-Dieu Hospital where he retired after 10 years of service. He was a member of the Moose Lodge, enjoyed bowling, bingo and riding Windsor Public Transit for hours on end. His smile and his contagious laughter was felt by all who were in his presence and he will be deeply missed.
If you so desire, donations to the Windsor & Es County Humane Society would be appreciated by the family.
