It is with great sadness that the family of the late Melvina Beatrice Edison announces her passing at the Dr. Hugh Twomey Health Centre, Botwood, NL aged 74 years.
Melvina leaves to mourn with many fond and loving memories her daughter, Rhonda (Rod) Noseworthy; partner, Walter Miller; grandson, Jeffrey; special girl, Alana; siblings, Jim (Debbie), Josie (Peter), George (Debbie), Pauline, Bernadette (Edgar), Irene (Mike), Geraldine, Georgina (Gerald), Nina, Paul, Everett, Bob, Mae; sister-in-law Alice; plus a large circle of nieces, nephews, relatives & friends.
Melvina was predeceased by her husband, Thomas; father, John Leonard; step father, George Hannon; mother, Beatrice Hannon; daughter, Cynthia; sisters, Beatrice, Marjorie, Ruth; brothers, Reginald, Ronald, John, Edward, & Phonse.
In keeping with her wishes, cremation has taken place with no visitation.
A private family service took place Sunday, January 13, 2019 at 2 pm from Botwood Funeral Home, 147 Commonwealth Drive, Botwood, NL for close family and friends.
