Margaret “Marg” Isabel Lamont, of Kincardine, passed away on Thursday, January 17th, 2019 in her 70th year.
Cherished wife of Elmer Lamont.
Loving mother of Shannon (Jeff) McLeod of Scotland ON, Shelley (Adam) Purdon of Oshawa and Sandra (Bill) Kehoe of Dundas.
Missed by grandchildren Brayeden, Dylan, Mya, Aidan, Ryan, Allie, Katie and James
Dear sister of John (Rose) Stone of Oakville.
Missed by in-laws Lloyd (Muriel) Lamont, George Lamont, Alvin Lamont, Archie (Virginia) Lamont, Ken MacDonald, Gladys Wylds, Betty MacDonald, Evelyn Lamont, Marie Lamont and Darlene Lamont.
Also missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Predeceased by her parents John & Isabel Stone, sister Mary Stone, in-laws Harold, Leonard, Doug, Norman, Colin, Gordie, Kevin Lamont, Evelyn Fox, Lily Mae Lamont and Jennie MacDonald.
Visitation will be held at the Davey-Linklater Funeral Home, Kincardine on Sunday, January 20th, from 1 – 5 p.m., where the funeral service will be held on Monday, January 21, at 11:00 a.m., with Rev. Gord Dunbar officiating.
Final resting place, Kincardine Cemetery.
Memorial donations to the Kincardine Hospital Foundation or a charity of your choice would be appreciated as expression of sympathy.
