Estabrooks, Lillian Margaret – With sadness in her passing but, gratitude for a long life well lived, we announce the passing of Lillian Margaret Estabrooks on Saturday, January 26, 2019 in Willow Lodge Home for Special Care, Tatamagouche, at the age of 99. Lillian was born in Burton, N.B., June 15, 1919, the daughter of the late Guy and Elsie (Nichols) Cavanaugh. She was predeceased by her husband, William “Bill”; brothers, Weldon, Lawrence and Gerald; sisters, Gladys Geldart, Dorothy Arsenault and Phyllis Richard. Surviving are, her son, Markis “Mark” (Sheila); granddaughters, Shannon (Marc Theriault), Susan (Jason Sauve) and Jaclyn (James MacPherson); grandson, Craig Smith; great grandchildren, Quinn Theriault, Alyia Sauve and Seth MacPherson. Many thanks to the staff of Willow Lodge in Tatamagouche for their endless devotion and care. As with her request, there will be no funeral service. A burial service will be held in the summer in Moncton. Memorial donations to Willow Lodge would be appreciated. Arrangements have been entrusted to Coulter’s Funeral Home, Tatamagouche.
