Obituary for Lillian Doris Armour
ARMOUR, Lillian Doris (nee Leggate)- Passed away peacefully in her 100th year at Secord Trails Nursing Home, Ingersoll, on Thursday, January 3rd, 2019. Beloved wife of the late James “Angus” Armour (2000). Beloved sister in-law to Grace Armour and Agnes (Gus) Worthy. Cherished aunt to Paul (Sue) Armour, Sharon (Dave O’Connor) Armour, Nancy (Don) Moulton, James (Marnie) Armour, Bob (Margaret) Leggate, Bill (Lise) Leggate, Myra (Barry) Laffin, and niece in-law Padmini Leggate. Predeceased by her brother Ernie Leggate (2003), sister Bernice Collins (2004), nephew Allan Leggate (2018) and brother in-law Archibald (2000) (Audrey 2007) Armour. Survived by many great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews. A private family service will be held at a later date with a burial at Robin’s Hill Cemetery. If desired, memorial contributions to Secord Trails Nursing Home, Ingersoll and the PAOC, International missions would be greatly appreciated and may be arranged through the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, Thamesford Chapel, 177 Dundas St., Thamesford (519-285-2427).
