Passed away on January 2, 2019 at 39 years of age. Beloved wife of Jason. Cherished mother of Matthew, Dustin, Hunter and Makayla. Loving daughter of Shelly Jones and daughter-in-law of Ronald and Theresa Morand. Dear sister-in-law of Tracy (Steve) and aunt of Katie and Nick Harris. Dearest niece of Carol, Leslie and the late Ken. Kathy will be missed by her dear friends Tara, Matt, Christal, Barb and many other friends, extended family members and her dog Shader. If you so desire, donations to the Canadian Mental Health Association would be appreciated by the family. Visitation Thursday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the Funeral Service at 1:00 p.m. at Families First 3260 Dougall Ave. South Windsor, 519-969-5841.
