Obituary of Jessie Malone
It is with great sadness, the family of Jessie Malone of Sus announces her passing at the Sus Health Centre on January 18, 2019. She was the daughter of the late Stanley and Catherine (Campbell) O’Leary,
Jessie was a private person who loved her family very much and enjoyed being involved in all facets of there lives, especially her grandchildren. She was an avid volunteer and a loyal member of the congregation of St. Francis Xavier Roman Catholic Church.
Jessie will live on in the hearts of her daughter, Connie Hourihan and her husband Brian of Sus; her grandchildren: Shawn Hourihan, Sarah McLaughlin and her husband Evan and Jillian Hourihan of Sus; her great granddaughter, Ava McLaughlin; her sisters: Elizabeth Cotter of Sus and Catherine O’Leary of Fredericton; as well as several nieces and nephews and cousins.
Along with her parents, she is predeceased by her first husband, Joe Cogger who passed away in 1984; her second husband, Raymond Malone who passed away in 2000; her sisters: Anne Parlee and Jean Wilson and by her great grandson, Bryce McLaughlin.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the compassionate care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sus (506-433-1176). In honor of Jessie’s request no visitation will be held.
A Mass of Christian Burial in celebration of Jessie’s life will be held from St. Francis Xavier Roman Catholic Church on Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at 12:00pm.
