Henry J. Kyte
September 18, 1935 – January 25, 2019

KYTE, Henry J. – accidently on Friday January 25, 2019 outside his residence; age 84 years. Beloved husband of the late Sheila Irene (nee O’Brien) Kyte for 62 years. Loving father of Stephen Kyte (Brenda) of Long Sault. Much loved Poppa of Tyler (Leah) of Long Sault, Jordan of Toronto and Alyssa of Ottawa. Adored Big Poppa of Landyn, Peyton and Molly all of Long Sault. Predeceased by his parents Frederick Lawrence Kyte and Suzannah W. (Roberts) Kyte. Dear brother of Hugh Kyte (the late Margaret) of Cornwall and Mirilou Jayes (Dale) of North Carolina. Predeceased by his two brothers Fred Kyte Jr.(Frances), Richard Kyte (Pat) and his sisters Jean Kyte and Eleanor Senior (Hereward). Proud member of the SD&G Highlanders (CWO Ret’d), The Royal Canadian Legion, The Glen’s Association and Navy Club. Henry will be greatly missed by many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Resting at LAHAIE & SULLIVAN CORNWALL FUNERAL HOMES, West Branch, 20 Seventh Street West (613-932-8482) Wednesday January 30th from 11 a.m. until the time of Funeral. Funeral Service will be held Wednesday January 30, 2019 in the Memorial Chapel of the Funeral Home at 2 p.m. As expressions of sympathy, Memorial Donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
