Passed peacefully away on January 10, 2019 surrounded by her loving and devoted children, Helen Buckingham. Pre-deceased by her husband, Edward (July 05, 2016), her parents, William and Jessie Thompson and her sister, Clare McLoughlan. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories her five children who adored her, Glen, Dave (Mary Ann), Janet (Kevin), Philip (Bronac), Bill (Tammy), Grandchildren, Deanne Mitchell (Jason), Greg Buckingham, David Buckingham (Janine), Joanne Buckingham-Stockley (Scott), Colin Baker (Lauren), Gillian Mullowney (Jim) and Liam Buckingham, Great-grandchildren, Destiny, Mackenzie & Abby Mitchell, Elianna and Linden Buckingham and Oliver Stockley, Sister, Barbara Hurley and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. A very special thank you to moms long-time family doctor, Dr. Percy Crocker, for his constant and kind care over the past few weeks. A heart-felt thanks to the wonderful staff at Kenny’s Pond Retirement for their genuine concern and compassion. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, Lemarchant Road Saturday and Sunday, January 12 and 13th from 12-4 pm and 6-9 pm. Funeral Mass to take place at St. Pius X Parish, Monday, January 14, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. Inurnment to follow at Belvedere Cemetery. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations may be made to a charity of ones choice in loving memory of Mom.
