Passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Centre on January 22, 2019, Gordon Randell, aged 83 years. Predeceased by his parents Elizabeth and Charles Randell; sister Irene Domman (Len) and Brother Ralph Randell. Leaving behind with loving memories wife Nancy, of 59 years; children Barry Randell, Patricia (Carl) Harnum, Linda Randell (Michelle Baker) and Wanda Randell (Tony Sutton); grandchildren Bradley Randell, Justin and Jason (Deanne) Harnum; great granddaughter Hallie Harnum; siblings Hilda (Jim) Burt, Don (Betty) Randell, Sue (Peter-deceased) Robinson and Betty (Warrick) Kelly; sister in law Mabel Randell, close family member Daphne Miller; special friends Wilfred and Mamie Howell, Perry and Marion Abbott; many Florida friends, also, a number of other relatives and friends. A thank you to staff of the Emergency Room and 4 South A of the Health Sciences Centre for their care and compassion shown towards Gordon during his time there. Visitation will take place at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road, on Thursday January 24 and Friday January 25 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will take place on Saturday January 26 from Church of the Ascension at 11:00 a.m. with interment to follow at Kenmount Road Anglican Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in Gordon’s memory may be made to The Health Care Foundation: Cardiac Care Unit.
