Passed away at her home on Monday, January 21, 2019 at the age of 86.
Beloved wife of the late Erich Staiger.
Loving mother of Elke Savage (the late Kevin).
Cherished, wonderful Oma of Laura and Caroline Savage.
Gerda will be missed by her family and friends in Germany.
Gerda’s family will receive relatives and friends from 3:00 p.m. – 3:45 p.m. on Saturday, January 26, 2019 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. A memorial service will be held in the chapel of the funeral home, immediately following the visitation, at 4:00 p.m. Reception to follow. Cremation has taken place.
