Berlet, Gerald Norman
At St. Mary’s Hospital on Monday, January 28th, 2019. Gerald Berlet at the age of 80, beloved husband and best friend for 37 years of Erna (Mohr) Berlet (March 2, 1997). Dear father of Timothy Berlet (Sherry), Christine Pfeiffer (Mike) and Sandra Berlet. Loved grandfather of April Pfeiffer, Dayna Pfeiffer (Mike Davidson), Aaron Berlet-Kuntz, Jessica Berlet-Kuntz and great grandfather of Logan, Shannon and Hillary. Also survived by his step-grandchildren Keyvan (Christina), Khrysteen (Stewart) and Kathleen and step-great grandchildren Isaiah, Quentin and Elijah. Many happy years were spent with the Honey Harbour Gang sharing family time and fish stories. Loved playing solo most days at the Army & Navy Club, enjoying the company of many “Furbabies” that always came to visit him for the treats he kept for them in the cupboard
Private cremation arrangements were entrusted to the Graham A. Giddy Funeral Homes-Waterloo Chapel, 617 King St. N. Waterloo. Donations to the St. Mary’s Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
