Obituary of Garry Galandy
July 15, 1947 – January 21, 2019
The family of Garry Galandy announces his passing at Prairie Lake Hospice on January 21, 2019 at the age of 71 years. Garry was born in Drumheller, Alberta and attended school in Keg River until he started working at the age of 15. He did various jobs and pipeline construction until he found his love of trucking and became a “professional driver!”
Garry is survived by his wife, Benita; sons, Dionne (Lydia), Dean (Pam) and daughter Heather (Chantelle); grandchildren Levi, Jean, Deven, Marcus, Dalen, Shane, KC, Elizabeth, Alyssa and Hayden.
He was predeceased by his parents Jean and Paul Galandy, his sister, Gloria, and his son Terry Price.
A Funeral Service for Garry will be held on Saturday, January 26, 2019 at 3pm at Westpointe Community Church, with a viewing prior from 2 to 2:45pm.
