Peacefully, Sunday, January 20th, 2019 at Health Sciences North with loving family at her side.
Beloved wife of Patrick Fragomeni. Loving mother of Samuel (Liz), Thomas (Lisa), and Sandra (husband Peter Tower). Cherished Nonna of Allyson, Nicholas (Kayla), Matthew, Sara, Brendan, Lauren and great grandson Jed. Dear daughter of Antonio and Laura (Sicilia) Urso predeceased. Dear sister of Michelina Reda (husband Vince predeceased), Leopold (wife Rita), Egidio (wife Teresa), Rudy (wife Ida), and Grace (husband Doug Honeyford). Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews.
Elga was an avid gardener whose green thumb produced beautiful flowers and plants. She was an excellent cook, who enjoyed hosting family dinners and celebrations. The focus of her life was her family, and she was happiest when in their company. The light of her life will be cherished by all who knew and loved her.
