Obituary of Edward Strojwons
(Retired 31 year employee of General Motors)
Peacefully passed away with his family by his side on January 18, 2019 at 1:15pm in his 67th year from cancer. Beloved husband of Ellen. Loving and devoted father of Greg and Suzanne. Predeceased by his parents Dimitro and Barbara. Cherished brother of Elizabeth Ball and the late Bob. He will be lovingly remembered by his nieces, nephew and devoted friends. Ed was an avid hunter and enjoyed golf in his retirement.
Visitation will be held at DeStefano Funeral Home, 1289 Keith Ross Drive, Oshawa (south side of Taunton Road, east of Thornton Road by the Oshawa Airport)905-440-3595 on Wednesday, January 23, 2019 from 12:30 – 2:00pm. A service to celebrate Ed`s life will be held at 2:00pm. Enichement will follow at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery, Whitby.
