It is with deep sadness that the family of Derek Simon dela Cruz announce his peaceful passing on December 30, 2018 at the age of 35 years.
He will be dearly missed by his devoted brother Eric (Winnie) dela Cruz and beloved nephews, Anton and Thomas dela Cruz, as well as numerous loving relatives and friends.
He was predeceased by his beloved parents, Antonio and Lucia.
A Visitation with the urn will be held from 6:00 p.m., – 8:00p.m., on Friday, January 4, 2019
A Funeral Liturgy will be held at 10:00 a.m., on Saturday, January 5, 2019 at Connelly-McKinley St. Albert Funeral Home, 9 Muir Drive, St. Albert, Alberta.
