The family announces with great sadness his passing in Sudbury on Friday, January 18th, 2019 at the age of 75 years. Loving husband of Marquise (née Chartrand) Séguin of Alban. Son of the late Roland and late Régina (née Nadon) Séguin. Beloved father to Lynn Roy (Gaston) and Gilles (Julie) all from Sudbury. Predeceased by his son Michel. Loving brother of Sr. Mariette Séguin (s.c.o.) of Ottawa, Yolande Rochon (late Louis) of Chelmsford, Estelle Daoust (Ulysse) of Sudbury and Madeleine Thomas (Bernie) of Alban. Predeceased by his siblings Gilbert (late Elsie), Ghislaine Mcleish, Nicole Laforest (Denis) and Gilles. Cherished grandfather to Mathieu, Danika, Danielle, Jesse and Amy. Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Claude enjoyed woodworking, cooking and spending time with family and friends. He will be dearly missed by his card buddies at Extendicare York, especially Larry, Ben and Alex, as well as the nursing staff. The family will receive relatives and friends at the Alban Community Centre on Thursday, January 24th, 2019 from 2-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Friday, January 25th, 2019 at 11 a.m. at Notre-Dames-de-Lourdes Church, Alban. Funeral arrangements entrusted to the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME.
