Catharine Gertrude Lediard
December 27, 1933 – January 21, 2019
Passed away peacefully at St. Luke’s Place, Cambridge on Monday, January 21, 2019 in her 86th year.
Mother of Mary (Beth) Goodwin (John) of Cambridge, Cynthia (Jane) Barnes of Cambridge, Gary (Skip) Lediard of Brantford and David Lediard (Estela) of Brantford. Grandmother of Tanja Tudhope of Waterloo, Rebecca Lamb of Freelton, Tara Holland of Simcoe, Tim Goodwin of Cambridge, Teddy Lediard, Kelly Goodwin of Woodstock, Jesse Lediard of Brantford, Karen Flores of Madrid. Also survived by 14 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her father Armin Wood, mother Alma Wood (nee Miller), husband Gerald Lediard and daughter-in-law Dodie Ranahan-Lediard.
To honour Catharine’s wishes cremation has taken place, there will no services. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or Heart and Stroke Foundation.
