Graham Noble
July 3, 1943 – January 26, 2019
Graham Noble, The Lord of Kelby, passed away at the Yorkton Regional Health Centre on Saturday, January 26, 2019, at the age of 75 years.
Graham was born July 3, 1943, in Bradford, Yorkshire, England, to proud parents, Arthur and Edith (Williamson) Noble. In 1963, he met the love of his life, Sharon, and was married in 1964. Looking for a better life, he emigrated to Victoria, BC, Canada in 1966 to run his own barber shop. Unfortunately, due to the sudden death of his father, Arthur, Graham returned to the UK in 1970, subsequently living on the Isle of Man for six years until 1976, when he accepted employment in the UK as a Financial Consultant. In 1979, he returned to Canada and settled in Kamloops, BC, where he established a successful company and helped many people plan for their retirement. In 1999, he took early retirement and moved to Canora, SK, where he was the property manager of over 30 homes, and where he could enjoy small town living. Always a world traveller, with a continual desire to expand his mind, he travelled extensively across the Americas, Europe, and Asia, and has now moved on to his next adventure. A cherished husband, father, grandfather and friend, Graham will be remembered fondly and greatly missed by his wife and family, his friends and all who knew and loved him.
Graham was predeceased by his parents, Arthur and Edith Noble; his brother, Kevin Noble, and his grandson, Alex. He is survived by and forever remembered by his beloved wife of 54 years, Sharon; two sons, Colin and Michael and his grandchildren, Blake, Kent and Laura. In Graham’s honour, a Memorial Service will be held at the Canora Gateway Lodge at 2:00 p.m., Friday, February 1, 2019 with the Burial Service in Kamloops, BC, on Tuesday, February 5, 2019. All are welcome, and your support and messages of condolences have been greatly appreciated. Those wishing to make expressions of sympathy may make donations to the BC Interior Community Foundation, as tokens of remembrance, in memory of Graham Noble.
