Passed peacefully away on January 22, 2019 at the Health Sciences Centre, Nancy Somerton, aged 49 years. Predeceased by her parents Phillip and Catherine Somerton; sisters Christine Churchill and Irene Harding and nephew Gregory Miller. Leaving behind with loving memories mom Diane Miller (Jim Duff); brothers Wayne (Maxine) Somerton and Richard Somerton; brother in law Aubrey Harding; nieces Wendy Somerton (Tyson Churchill), Catherine Somerton (Justin Lane) and Crystal Harding (Katie); nephews Phillip Churchill (father-Doc), Eddie Miller, Rodney Miller (Nikki Lush-Miller) and Brady Miller (mother-Melissa Lambe); dad Cluny Miller (Gail Clouston); also, several other relatives and friends. The family would like to thank the staff of 4 South A at the Health Sciences Centre for their care and compassion shown towards Nancy during her time there. Resting at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road, on Sunday January 27 from 10-9 p.m. and Monday January 28 from 10-1:30 p.m. Funeral service will take place on Monday January 28 from the Carnell Memorial Chapel at 2:00 p.m. with cremation to follow. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations in Nancy’s memory may be to the Diabetes’s Association, Newfoundland and Labrador Chapter.
