Obituary of Bernard “Bernie” O’Connor
Passed away at home in Amherstview surrounded by his loving family on Monday, January 14, 2019, at age 73. Predeceased by his beloved wife Shirley (nee Charlton). Loving father of Scott O’Connor (Pamela) and Bernadette Biro (Steve) and cherished grandfather of Kirsten, Maya and Rosalie. Survived by his brother Jimmy O’Connor and sister Donna Bush (late Steven) and predeceased by his brother Danny (Debbie) and sisters Linda Wood (late Joe) and Anne Mundell (late Charlie). Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews, extended family and friends. Cremation has taken place. The family will receive friends at the Paul G. Payne Funeral Home, 178 Main Street, Odessa, Ontario K0H 2H0 on Sunday, January 20, 2019 from 1-2 p.m. Words of Remembrance will follow at 2 p.m. In memory of Bernie, donations to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated by the family.
