William Patrick Bonnell Sr. 1939 – 2017
William P. Bonnell Sr. of St. Johnsbury, Vermont, USA and formally of Burnt Church, NB passed away in St. Johnsbury, Vermont on June 7, 2017.Born in Saint John, NB. He was the son of the late Peter and Isabell (Dedam) Bonnell. William was a foreman for Country Kitchen Bread Company. William is survived by his wife Betty Bonnell of Hinsdale, New Hampshire; one daughter: Robin Bonnell of St. Johnsbury, Vermont; two sons: William Bonnell Jr. of Lyndonville, Vermont and Patrick Bonnell of Burnt Church, NB; two sisters: Valery and LornieBonnell both of Burnt Church, NB; one brother: Peter Bonnell Jr. of Burnt Church, NB. Besides his parents, William is predeceased three sisters: Viola, Geraldine, and Finn; two brothers: Morris and Chappo. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday June 21st at 1 PM from St. Ann’s Roman Catholic Church, Burnt Church, NB with Father Anthony Papu officiating. Burial will follow in the parish cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, in William’s memory, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or a memorial of one’s choice. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Bell’s Funeral Home, 651 King George Highway, Miramichi, NB, E1V 1N9. Telephone: 622-3600.
