William “Hazen” Patterson
1938-2018
William “Hazen” Patterson – With
great sadness the family announces the passing of William
“Hazen” Patterson husband of the late Patricia
(Armstrong) Patterson, of St. Martins, NB which occurred November 4,
2018 surrounded by his family. Born on July 30, 1938 in St. Martins,
NB, he was a son of the late Tom and Marie (Holland)
Patterson.
Hazen was known for the love of simple things in his life.
Fishing, listening to old country music and drinking tea on the porch.
A quiet, big hearted man who had an indescribable love for his
granddaughters.
Hazen will be sadly missed by his son Billy (Julie);
granddaughters Rachel and Clara along with his siblings Robert
(Eunice), Patricia, Sheila (Brian) and Mary; as well as many nieces,
nephews and friends.
Besides his wife and parents he was predeceased by brother:
Maxie.
Resting at St. Williams Catholic Church 2354 Route 111St.
Martins with visiting on Thursday, November 8, 2018 from 2-4 and 6-8
PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from St.
Williams Catholic Church on Friday, November 9, 2018 at 12
Noon. Interment will take place in St. Williams Catholic
Church Cemetery.
Arrangements are under the care of Brenan’s Funeral
Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB, (634-7424). In lieu
of flowers remembrances may be made to the IWK Children’s
Hospital. Online remembrances and condolences may be placed at
