William Earl Davidson of Drumheller beloved husband of Barbara passed away on January 14, 2018 at the Drumheller Health Centre at the age of 71 years.
Bill was born May 30, 1946 in Fairview, Alberta to Jim and Ella Davidson. He married Barbara Gilbert on July 3, 1971. The couple resided in Hardisty until their retirement in Drumheller. Bill worked for Gibson Energy for 35 years.
Bill loved to spend his time with his family, no one enjoyed family time more than Bill. He also loved fishing, hunting, golfing, curling, baseball, hockey and puzzles.
Besides his loving wife Barbara, Bill leaves to cherish his memory three daughters Angela Baldry, Tammy Junker, Terra (Brett) Adams, one son Darcy (Dana) Davidson, grandchildren Amy, Jack, and Samuel Adams, Brayden and Taylor-Anne Davidson, Katrina, Victoria and Adam Junker, two sisters Betty Kaiser and Bernice (Lynn) Schultz, one brother Bob (Val) Davidson, one brother-in-law Fred Gilbert, numerous nieces, nephews, and a lifetime of friends.
Bill was predeceased by his parents Jim and Ella Davidson, and brother-in-law Walter Kaiser.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 20, 2018 at 2:00 P.M. at the Munson Community Hall with Reverend Mac Jones officiating.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in loving memory of Bill to the Drumheller Area Health Foundation (Community Cancer Clinic) or to the Charity of ones’ choice.
