It is
with broken hearts that the family of the late WILLIAM DICKS of
Marystown announces his passing.
William passed away in Marystown on Tuesday, December
18th at the age of
57. Leaving to mourn with a
lifetime of wonderful memories are his wife Bernadette of 34 years;
mother, Veronica Dicks: son, William of Halifax; daughters, Heather
Dicks of Mt. Pearl and Michelle Dicks (Kris Mackenzie) of Halifax; 3
grandchildren, Brendan, Aaron and Thomas; brother, Corey Dicks of
Marystown; sisters, Carol Ann Mason of Mt. Pearl, Yvonne Green (Rick
Toms) of Paradise and Marie Dicks (Neil Farrell) of Marystown; Special
Family Member, Tony Clarke – Marystown; sisters-in-law,
Margarite (Walter) Power of Marystown, Mercedes (Jim) Cheeseman of
Marystown and Lenora (Wayne) Antle of Burin and Linda Fitzpatrick of
Marystown; brother-in-law, Wally Fitzpatrick of Marystown, and Phil
(Marion) Fitzpatrick of Marsytown; his fur babies, Molly, Hudson,
Luca, Willa & Bea; many nieces, nephews and a large circle of
extended family and friends.
William was predeceased by his father, William Dicks,
brother, Craig Dicks and Fur Baby,
Goliath.
The Dicks
Family will be accepting visitors at Wiseman’s Funeral Homes
in Marystown on Friday, December 21 from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. and
Saturday, December 22 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Prayer
vigil will take place at Wiseman’s Funeral Home on Friday,
December 21 at 8 p.m.
Mass
of Christian Burial will take place at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic
Church in Marystown on Saturday, December 22 at 12
p.m. Interment to follow at the
Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Cemetery in
Marystown
In William’s memory donations
may be made to The Dicks Family to be distributed among animal
charities of their choice.
