William C. McCulloch
1934-2018
William Charles McCulloch, 83 years of
Riverview, NB; passed away at the Salvation Army Lakeview
Manor, on Wednesday, May 30, 2018. Born in Port Colburne, Ont he was
the son of the late John and Mae (Noxel) McCulloch. William retired
after 40 years with CNR and VIA Rail as a Locomotive Engineer. He was
a life member of Country Meadows Golf Course, Life member of the
Moncton Air Force Veterans Club and a life member of the Old 31 Club.
He was an avid bowler with Park Lanes in Riverview and is recognized
on the NB Soft Ball Hall of Fame.
Survived by his wife
Harriet (Hughes); daughter Bev (Bob) Blumenthal of Dartmouth, sons
Mike (Karen) of Riverview and Joey (Marg) of Hamilton, ON;
grandchildren Jason, Melissa, Megan and Phillip, great grandchildren
Courtney and Caden. Also by several nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents he
was predeceased by his son Billy, sisters Bertha, Faye and twin
brothers Robert and John.
Visitation will be held
at Tuttle Brothers & Riverview Funeral Home on Saturday, June,
2, 2018 from 2:00pm – 4:00pm & 7:00pm – 9:00pm.
The funeral service will
be held at Tuttle Brothers and Riverview Funeral Home Chapel on
Sunday, June 3, 2018 at 2:00pm with Rev. Steve Berube
officiating.
Interment will be in Alderwood Cemetery.
Donations in William’s memory made to the NB Heart and Stroke
Foundation or to the memorial of the donor’s choice would be
appreciated by the family.
