William Bill Allard 16 Mar 2018

William (Bill) Thomas Allard, loving husband of Mary Louise, of South Napan Road, Miramichi, passed away peacefully at his residence the Miramichi Senior citizen home on Friday March 16, 2018 at the age of 69.
Born in Windsor Nova Scotia on Oct 8 1948, he was the son of the late John Alfred and Dorothy Grace (Brown). He was predeceased by his sister Elizabeth and brother John. He served for 25 years in the Canadian Military, during that time he deployed on multiple peacekeeping operations. After retirement from the Military, Bill served with the Commissionaire Corp.
Along with spending time with his family, Bill enjoyed playing darts and washer toss. Bill is survived by his son Jeff (Trina) of Wainwright, AB and daughter Shelley (Jeremy) of Calgary, AB and four grandsons, Dylan, Daniel, Kadon and Brody.
Thank you to the staff at the Miramichi Senior Citizens home, the extra mural nurses and Dr Kris for providing excellent care.
Bill is resting at Maher’s funeral home, 35 University Ave, with visitation on Thursday from 2-4 and no funeral service. The family is requesting no flowers, in memory of Bill, donations to the Canadian diabetes association or a charity of donors’ choice would be appreciated.
