Wilfred Bruce
October 30, 1934 – March 24, 2018
Passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Centre Saturday, March 25th, 2018 in the arms of his loving family after a brief illness. Wilfred Joseph Bruce, age 83. Predeceased by his wife Magdalen (nee Griffiths), parents William and Mary, Brothers Ambrose and Gordon, sisters Mary, Laura, Nora. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories; sons David (Cindy), Chuck (Elizabeth); daughter Mary-Lynn; three adored and adoring grandchildren Matthew, Jennifer and Kate. Also leaving to mourn sisters Mildred and Lucy; brother Bob (Delores) and a large circle of relatives and friends. Heartfelt thanks to all those who provided support and comfort to Dad as a resident of Pleasantview Towers and the compassionate care he received during his final days at the Health Sciences Centre. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation Monday March 26th, 7-9 p.m., Tuesday March 27th 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service 10:30 a.m., Wednesday March 28th from Caul’s Chapel. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations may be made in Dad’s memory to a charity of one’s choice.
