Obituary of Wayne Grammer
August 3, 1958 – May 9, 2018
It is with heavy hearts that we mournfully announce the passing of Wayne Richard Grammer in Spirit River on May 9, 2018 at the age of 59 years.
Wayne’s journey began in Lac La Biche, Alberta. He was the son of Richard and Elda Grammer and attended school in Slave Lake, Alberta. Wayne was a jack of all trades, working in the oil/gas, construction, transport and grain industries. He enjoyed carpentry, traditional gaming, collecting, doing puzzles, spending time outdoors and was an avid sports fan.
Wayne is survived by his wife Tracy Grammer, children, Fawn, Wayne, Dayne, Richard, Mandy, Meranda, Tinika, Natasha, Wayne Ross and Colton. He is also survived by his grandchildren; Alyssa, Haleigh, Ashleigh, Clair, Ryker, Danica, Amy, Eric, Taci, Teagan, Kayden, Rylan and Airalyn.
He was predeceased by his mother, Elda; brothers, Dwayne, and Claude; grandparents Frances, Sydney, Peter and Catherine.
A Funeral service for Wayne Grammer will be held on Friday, May 18th at 2pm at Bear Creek Funeral Home/Reception Reception Center, 11802 99 Avenue, Grande Prairie.
