DEWOLFE, Walter Leonard “Damian”
“Bum”- Age 36, Canso, Guysborough
Co. It is with saddened hearts that we the passing of our
son, brother, and nephew on Sunday, February 11, 2018 in Eastern
Memorial Hospital, Canso surrounded by his family who loved him
dearly. Damian was born in Antigonish on January
6, 1982; he was a son of Wallace “Wally” and Thelma (Hanlon)
DeWolfe. He was loved dearly by so many relatives and
friends and will be greatly missed.
Bum enjoyed spending time with his friends and family. He was
fun loving caring and an easy going person who loved to make everyone
around him laugh. He loved playing video games and talking
to his friends on computer.
Damian is survived by his parents, Wallace and Thelma, Canso,
sister, Jane (Junior) LeBlanc, Dartmouth; brother, David (Sarah),
Dartmouth. He was predeceased by his grandparents, Walter and Hattie
Hanlon and Leonard and Cecilia DeWolfe and many aunts and
uncles.
Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be
held Friday, February 23, from 2-9 p.m. in Dennis Haverstock Funeral
Home, Canso. Funeral mass will be 11 a.m. Saturday, February 24 from
Star of the Sea Roman Catholic Church, Canso with Father Jonathan
Nnajiofor officiating. Burial will take place at a later
date.
