VESTERVELT, Wally Raymond –
(Retired from Belleville Transit and Discount Car Rentals)
Entered into rest on Saturday April 14th, 2018 at QHC-Belleville General Hospital at the age of 68. Cherished husband of Lynn Vestervelt (nee Harrington). Beloved father to Mike (Ronda), Erin and the late Tara. Dear Papa of Cassie, Jaelyn & Jacob. Loving son of Betty Vestervelt (nee Wannamaker) & the late Cletus Vestervelt. Predeceased by his Mother-in-law & Father-in-law; Lawrence & Georgina Harrington. Dear brother of Paulette, Patricia, Patsy (Paul), Cindy and the late Gary and brother-in-law to David Harrington (Lynn) and the late Larry Harrington. Wally was cherished by many nieces and nephews and dear friend Pat Chapman. Cremation has already taken place. Visitation will be held at Steele Funeral Home, Moira Street Chapel, 30 Moira Street West, Belleville (613-968-2273) on Wednesday evening April 18th, 2018 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. A Memorial Service will be held in the chapel on Thursday April 19th, 2018 at 1:00 p.m., with visitation prior from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. If desired, donations to the Kingston General Hospital Foundation (for Vascular Research), the Diabetes Association, Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
