Peacefully at University Hospital on Saturday, March 10th, 2018, William Duncan Wales, of London, in his 91st year. Beloved husband of Dorothy ‘Dot’ for over 68 years. Cherished father of Derek (Anne), of Kamloops, B.C., Stephen, of London, ON, Nadine (Michael), of Springfield, IL, Natalie (Rick), of London, ON, and Anthony ‘Tony’ (Mona), of Kilworth, ON. Predeceased by his son Randy (1980). Devoted grandfather of Kate (Scott), Tava (Regan), Jordan (Victoria), Evyn (Austin), Taylor, Avery, Carter, Brett, Alec and Amelia. Great-grandfather of Cole, Jace, Tannar and Kaleb. Dearly missed by his brother Gordon (Janet), of Courtenay, B.C. Bill proudly served his country for 20 years in the Royal Canadian Navy. A private family Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Michael’s Parish. In lieu of flowers, those wishing to make a donation in memory of Bill are asked to consider Mission Services of London or The Salvation Army.
