Obituary of Vivian Pomeroy
In loving memory, Vivian Pomeroy (nee Button) of Bloomfield, NL (born St. John’s, NL). Passed away suddenly on Saturday, February 24, 2018 at her beautiful home in Bloomfield. In the presence of her beloved Husband Hubert (Junior) with close friends Donna and Sonny Lane.
Vivian, aged 65 was taken from us too early. Predeceased by her parents Stanley and Alma Button of Victoria, NL and baby sister Mary.
Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories by her husband Hubert (Junior), son Warren, Daughter in law Brenda and very special Grandson Lucas (Seal Cove, CBS) Sisters and Brothers, Jean (Frank) Clarke, Robert (Corinne) Button, Roberta (Marwood) Butt, Blair (Joyce) Button, Kimberley (Geoff) Smith, Tracey (Tony) Menchions. Sister in laws, Sharon Pomeroy and Lorraine Noftall. Along with a circle of loved nieces and nephews. Over her life she was blessed with many special friends and in recent years her friends in Bloomfield. Predeceased by special cousin Doreen Short and best friend Floss Parsons.
At Vivian’s request cremation to take place on February 28, 2018 and there will be no wake of visitation.
A celebration of Vivian’s life will be held for family and friends at her home in Bloomfield on Friday, March 2, 2018 beginning at 12:00 noon and throughout the day. All welcomed to drop by. Another celebration of life will be announced at a future date in St. John’s.

Vivian loved her family unconditionally. Her son Warren and Grandson Lucas are the centre of her world. To Lucas his Nanny Viv was everything.
All the people in Vivian’s life have been blessed to know this wonderful woman will continue to remember her memory and love her forever.
