GLOWITSKI, VIOLET ANNE
March 2, 1939 –November 15, 2018
We are saddened to announce the passing of Violet Glowitski, on November 15, 2018 at the age of 79. Violet was born in Elk Point, Alberta and was a resident of Edmonton.
She is survived by her daughter Anne, her son Vernon, her grandkids Tim and Danielle, her beloved great-granddaughter Zoie, her brothers Dennis (Lorna) and Arthur (Sally), and her sisters Kittie (Fritz) and Katie.
Violet was predeceased by her daughter Sandra and her son Walter Lee.
A memorial service for Violet will be held on Friday, November 23, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Westlawn Funeral Home, 16310 Stony Plain Road, Edmonton. Interment and reception to follow.
Donations may be made in Violet’s memory to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Alberta Lung Association.
