Trina Susan Billette was born on Saturday, February 2, 2002 in La Ronge, SK and passed away on Thursday, February 15, 2018 in Edmonton, AB at the age of 16 years. Trina is survived by her loving family: her parents, Selina Hancheroff and Mervin Billette; her brother, Jade Hancheroff; her sister, Kristen Billette; her half-sister, Dawn; her half-brothers, Glen and Murphy; her grandparents, Vicky Sanderson (Hubert Ahenakew); and her uncles, Robin Hancheroff (Jane Rose), Metro Hancheroff (Loretta), Carman Hancheroff (Cindy), Lorie Hancheroff, Samuel D. Eninew, Jim Billette, Teddy Billette (Tina), Larry Billette, Violet Billette, Doris Billette and Doreen Billette; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was predeceased by her grandfather, Mike Hancheroff; her grandparents, Martin and Hermaline Billette; and her uncles, Gordon and Max Billette. A wake service will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, February 19, 2018 at Kitsaki Hall in La Ronge, SK. Trina’s funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at Kitsaki Hall in La Ronge, SK, Tom Sanderson and Edna Mirasty officiating. Interment to follow at La Ronge Anglican Church Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to the care of Lac La Ronge Funeral Home in La Ronge, SK, 306-425-3666, Debra Klassen, Funeral Director, and River Park Funeral Home in Prince Albert, SK, 306-764-2727, Don Moriarty, Funeral Director.
