On August 19th, in his 81st year, Tommaso passed peacefully with his family by his side. He will be greatly missed by Jeannette, his loving wife and best friend of 50 years. Adoring Father to Marc, Maria and Joanne. Cherished Baba to Isabella, Marcus and Domenica. Dear brother to Anne-Marie, her husband Peter and uncle to Lisa, Tony and Thomas Rea. Received with open arms in heaven by his parents Egidio and Domenica Trotta. Tommaso leaves behind many brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends in Canada, Italy and the United States.
A special thank you to the doctors at the Juravinski, The Regional Rehabilitation Center and St. Peter’s Hospital. Their care and compassion in this difficult time was greatly appreciated.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society are welcomed.
Visitation at Bay Gardens Funeral Home – “William J. Markey Chapel”, 947 Rymal Road East, HAMILTON (905.574.0405) on Thursday, August 23rd from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm – 9:00pm. Vigil Prayers will be held at 2:30 pm. A Funeral Mass will be held at Regina Mundi Roman Catholic Church, 631 Mohawk Road West, Hamilton on Friday, August 24th, 2018 at 10:00 am.
