Swan – Toivo Verner (Toby) of Espanola passed away at the Espanola Nursing Home on Saturday December 15, 2018 at the age of 88. Dear son of the late Otto & Helga (nee Ojanen) Swan. Beloved husband of the late Martha (nee Bull). Loving mother of Davis (wife Barbara) of Vancouver, B.C. and Toby (wife Janice) of Espanola. Cherished by his grandchildren Elliot, Devin, Lauren, Tyson and Brady. Dear brother of Helmer Swan, Taito Swan and Ann Walli all predeceased. Also sadly missed by many friends and relatives. Friends and relatives may gather at the Bourcier Funeral Home, Espanola for a celebration of life on Thursday December 20,2018 at 10 AM until the time of service at 2 PM in the Bourcier Funeral Home. Interment of ashes in the Beaver Lake Cemetery in the spring. If so desired, donations to the Espanola Nursing Home would be appreciated. Arrangements by BOURCIER FUNERAL HOME Ltd, Espanola.
