It is with great sadness that the family of Todd William Dolan announces his unexpected passing at his home on December 13, 2018 at the age of 49. Todd was born on October 11 1969 in Dunnville ON. He will be sadly missed by his parents Cecil and Marjorie (Bowman) Dolan. Sister Buffy (Tom) Kerr and Virginia (Dale) Deloughery. Todd leaves behind his Grandmother Iva Bowman and many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins
Predeceased by his grandparents Floyd and Dorothy Dolan and Wilfred Bowman. The family would like to thank his best friend Ed Little and his friend Mike Dutch for being there for him. In keeping with Todd’s wishes there will be no service. If you wish memorial contributions can be made to the Humane Society of Welland or a charity of your choice.
