Obituary of Tina Galera
Peacefully, with her loving son at her side, at Parkwood Hospital, St. Joseph’s Health Care London, on Tuesday January 2, 2018, Tina Galera of London in her 59th year. Beloved friend of Robert Linton. Devoted and loving mother of Ryan Lowell Whitburn. Cherished mother of Eleonora Galera. Much loved grandmother of Mason. Much loved aunt of, Richard, Willow, Joshua and Charlie and great aunt of James Julius and Lily. Survived by her brothers Vincent (RuthAnne) and Frank (Alice). Predeceased by her father Salvatore Guiseppe Galera (2008) and brother Richard (1977). Tina was a proud Canadian and Londoner and will be sadly missed by her family, cousins, friends and co-workers whose lives she touched. We would like to thank all doctors, nurses and staff of Parkwood Hospital for their professionalism, tender loving care and compassion. Cremation has taken place. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Mary’s Church, 345 Lyle Street on Saturday morning at 9 o’clock followed by a reception of family and friends.
