OBITUARY
Thomas Lekas
January 12, 1931 – November 30, 2018
It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Tom on November 30 2018 at the age of 87. He was the beloved husband of Elva, who predeceased him only 2 months ago, after 65 years of marriage. Loving father of Kate (Craig), Barb (Steve), and John, who predeceased him 50 years ago. He was a proud Poppa to Daniel, Michael and Jeff. He is survived by his sister Helen, brother-in-law Howard and niece Krista (Matthew), and will be greatly missed by them, as well as his extended family and many friends.
Tom loved sports and was an avid skier and golfer well into his 70s.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday April 28, 2019 at 1:30pm at Whitlock Golf Club in Hudson.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Tom can be made to the Montreal Children’s Hospital Foundation.
