1929-2018
RICHIBUCTO, NB – Thomas Gallant 89, of Richibucto
passed away peacefully at the Stella Maris Hospital, Ste-Anne-de-Kent
on Monday, September 10, 2018. Born in St. Charles, he was
the son of the late Placide Gallant and late Delia (Vautour)
Gallant. Before retiring, Thomas was employed as a vehicle
body man. He was a member of the St. Charles Golden Age
Club.
Thomas will be sadly missed by his four sisters, Semida
Poirier (Marcel) of Worcester, Massachusetts, Elodie Maillet (late
Alonzo) of Leominster, Massachusetts, Regina Chevarie (late Leo) of
Saint John, Fabiola Pitre (late Alonzo) of Saint John; one brother,
Joseph P. Gallant (Dianna) of St. Charles; many nieces and nephews; as
well as his special friend, Maria Gallant of
Saint-Louis.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by one sister, Bella
and three brothers, Leonard, Hubert and Adolphe.
Visitation will be held at Thompson Funeral Home, Richibucto
on Thursday, September 20th, 2018 from 2-4
& 7-9pm and Friday from 9:00am until departure for the
funeral. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday, September
21st, 2018 at 11:00am,
Saint-Charles-Borromée Roman Catholic Church,
Saint-Charles. Donations in Thomas’ memory can be made to a
charity of choice.

Thompson’s Funeral Home, Richibucto. (523-4252)
